Online Subscription Services Refund Policy

Effective Jan. 1^st 2010
The following policy applies to all online subscriptions of Diamond University Network Video Training products. The sale of these products are intended solely for current and future members of the Diamond University, purchased directly from and accessed through Diamond University Website at www.mydiamonduniversity.com. This charge will appear on your Credit Card bill as Coloapps.com/Diamond University.

Diamond University Training Online Subscriptions
All Online Training subscriptions are non-refundable. Your credit card will be charged $19.99 every thirty days from the sign-up date. There will be no refunds for any partial months. You may opt out of the subscription service at any time before the next billing date.

Disclaimer of Warranty
Diamond University online subscription services are provided as-is, with all faults, and without warranty of any kind. DIAMOND UNIVERSITY expressly disclaims all warranties, express and implied, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and title /non-infringement to the full extent permitted by law.

Interruption of Services
While DIAMOND UNIVERSITY shall take all reasonable steps to insure that the online subscription service is available 24/7, DIAMOND UNIVERSITY does not warrant the online subscription services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects in the services will be corrected. Extreme precaution will be taken to prevent any downtime and quick resolution in the event service is interrupted.

Results
DIAMOND UNIVERSITY does not warrant or make any representation regarding the use or the results of the use of the online subscription services or related documentation in terms of their correctness, accuracy, quality, reliability, appropriateness for a particular task or application, or otherwise. No oral or written information or advice given by DIAMOND UNIVERSITY or its authorized representatives shall create a warranty. You are entirely responsible for and assume all risk for use of Diamond University online subscription services.

Exclusive Remedy
If you are dissatisfied for any reason with Diamond University online subscription services, your sole right and exclusive remedy is to terminate your subscription as per the terms stated in this End User License Agreement. No refund of all or any portion of your subscription fee will be given.
